The gland 8 is located at the mounting points of the tubes 5 and is provided with a gasket 9 housed in the shell 10. Claims (1) [1] A series of experiments was carried out in a single-chamber furnace for the continuous production of hydrocyanic acid. By the interaction of ammonia and methane in a ratio of 1.05: 1 with a heating system equipped with 26-66 suspended reaction tubes. It is established that an increase in the number of reaction tubes in the known construction of the cooling head leads to a slight increase in productivity, but is associated with an increase in the consumption of heat energy and an increase in the process temperature above the allowable limit. The increase in the number of reaction tubes in the proposed design of the cooling tube can significantly reduce the consumption of heat energy and process temperature, increasing the efficiency of the production process.
